Closing Statement

READ SUMMARY OF BENEFITS FIRST!!!

(CLOSING STATEMENT) – AFTER READING SUMMARY OF BENEFITS

After reading the last benefit – usually save the OTC for last –

  • Now the most important thing to remember is none of this starts until xx/xx/2024.
  • In a minute, I’ll have you call my enrollment specialist. They need to go over one or two things on that side, read a few statements, confirm the new benefits, and then get everything out to you.
  • Within the next few days you’re going to get that package that I mentioned with all of those new items in there – New Insurance card, OTC benefit , and a summary page. It outlines everything I just mentioned in black and white writing. Do me a favor and let me know when you get that, I want to make sure everything comes correctly. As long as it’s good, keep using the current card until the end of this month. When xx/xx/2024 comes, you can start using the new card and all of the new benefits. And remember there is no probation on any of your new benefits so from the first day, everything is accessible. Do you still have your pen and paper?
