There are 2 categories of plans.
- Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drugs (MAPD)
- Part C & D combined
- Medicare Advantage (MA)
- Part C by itself
These are the only categories that you will deal with when it comes to Medicare.
- There are 4 types of plans you are able to sell
- HMO
- Health Maintenance Organization
- HMO-POS
- Health Maintenance Organization – Point Of Service
- PPO
- Preferred Provider Organization
- PFFS
- Paid-Fee-For-Service
- HMO
