• This covers the Food / Utility services that are approved by the plan
• They USUALLY include a card to make purchases for
  • Healthy Groceries
  • Utilities – These will vary from plan to plan, refer to the SoB for specifics
    • Electricity, Gas, Sewage, Water, Internet
    • Rental Assistance
    • Non Medical Transportation

Personal Emergency Response Device (PERS)

• This is a Medical Alert Device, very similar to life alert.
• If this benefit is available, the member will not be billed for the device or for the monthly service.
